Osho Active Meditation Intensive
(with Himani, disciple of Osho since 25 years,
teacher at the Multiversity in Pune/India for 9 years)

 This is a one-day-process (conducted in English) to move inwards, using different Meditation Techniques, that can also be practiced alone, at home, according to the instructions and with the music on CD.

Participants will stay most of the time “ in silence ”, that means: no talking, discussing or socializing.

When? On a Sunday – the actual next dates are:

Starting at 07.30 h with empty stomach, at 08.00 h the doors will be closed, no coming late possible.
Finishing at 18.00 h with open time for sharing.

What to bring with you?

Comfortable clothes and indoor shoes or socks, blanket / matt and pillow to sit on the floor, towel and change (in case of sweating), drinking water: 3 – 5 litre, food: light and vegetarian of your taste and quantity, especially fruits and nuts.

How much does it cost? It is 45 Euro for the whole day.
